Managing multiple stakeholders

Project management isn’t really about charts and graphs (although they help!). It’s about getting people to work together on a project in which they may have limited experience, often in parallel with their day job.

To further complicate matters, large projects often have multiple stakeholders and participants. Design agencies, build partners and client teams can all be involved in the project.

We have a wide range of experience of successful collaboration with other parties. We can manage the entire project or just the elements that we’re responsible for, be that the strategy, architecture or design and build..
